Our talented, passionate and experienced development team at Walden Woods has decades of experience in architecture, engineering, carpentry, construction and design. To put it simply, they live to build new condos for people like you.

Logan Huffman: Logan is the founder of our developing company, Eastland Partners, Inc., and has been a long-established builder in the Greater Metro-West area. Having started in commercial real estate in Denver, Colorado, he then moved to New England in 1989 and founded Eastland Partners. The company started in land development and then quickly established itself in residential construction. Logan loves building homes from conception, design and construction. He truly enjoys creating new condominium communities that people are happy to call home.

Chad Boardman: Chad is the Manager at Eastland Partners. With more than 15 years of experience in residential construction and land development, he has applied his vast engineering and architectural knowledge to help the condominiums at Walden Woods become the best-selling community in the Metro-West area.

Lisa Brown Huffman: Lisa is our multi-talented on-site designer and broker of record at Walden Woods. She is responsible for working one-on-one with new homebuyers, pulling together ideas within our vast library of design selections, helping them find a style suitable to their personality. She wants every person she works with to love walking into their home. Lisa has years of experience in the home furnishing industry. Let Lisa work her magic for you.

Jon Pinard: Jon is the Residential Supervisor for Eastland Partners, carrying more than 20 years of special carpentry and construction experience under his belt. He has successfully managed a small general contracting firm that specialized in roofing, framing, and high-end additions. His attention to detail and quality has made him one of Walden Woods’ most valuable team members. His attitude is to always “Do it right the first time,” and he treats every home under construction as if it was his own.

Mallory Mikelk: Mallory heads up sales at Walden Woods. She has been a seasoned real estate agent since the late 80s, representing large companies, such as the Green Co., Kaplan Bros., Perini Corp., and many others. She brings not only knowledge and professionalism to Walden Woods, but also a sincere interest in helping people find a home that is right for them. Mallory truly believes that “Home is where the heart is,” and is happy to be part of a team of homebuilders that feels the same way.
