Customizing Your Home

After choosing which of our beautiful floor plans best suits your needs, together we will create a home that is special and specific to you and your lifestyle.

Our staff’s ability and desire to incorporate the things that turn your new condo into a home is what makes our new development such a special and unique place to live. No matter what your budget is, we know you will be satisfied with the amount of design choices available at Walden Woods. From simple items, such as plumbing and lighting fixtures, to spectacular lofts and home offices, our on-site designer will work with you side-by-side to make sure your new home is built precisely to your specifications. A beautiful three-season porch has been one of our most popular new features.

Windows and Insulaton

Properly installed and inspected insulation in floors, walls and attics ensures even temperatures throughout the house, reduces energy use, and increases comfort. Our energy-efficient windows have protective coatings and improved frames to keep heat in during the winter, and out during the summer. They also block damaging ultraviolet sunlight that can discolor carpets and furnishings.

Sealing holes and cracks in the home’s “envelope,” and in heating and cooling duct systems, helps reduce drafts, moisture, dust, pollen and noise. A tightly-sealed home improves comfort and reduces maintenance.

Energy Star

Our energy-efficient heating and cooling systems are quiet, reduce indoor humidity, and improve the overall comfort of the home. Combined with a tightly-sealed home, this equipment doesn’t have to work so hard to heat and cool your home.
